Question: When transferring to homeschool from public school in Maryland are you required to give your reasons why?

in other words, if you have the materials, a plan, are planning on attending the reviews, are following the withdrawl laws, etc, are they allowed to say no? Do you have to justify to the schoolboard why you want to go into Homeschooling?
Thanks for any answers:)

Answer: No, you do not need to give a reason why. Also, your parents are only notifying the school district that you will be Homeschooling. There is no approval process, therefore they is no right for them to say no.
