Homeschooling Kindergarten Worksheets

Question: I want to start Homeschooling my 4 year old.?
I would like to have my daughter ready for Kindergarten. I don't know where to begin. She knows her shapes, colors, animals, the alphabet and count to 13. She can recognize many of the letters and several numbers. I figured I'd get her to be able to correctly recognize all of them and learn to write them.
But I feel like I need a little more direction in this. Are there any good websites that are free where I can find activities and worksheets, etc to help with her education.
Thank you.
Answer: Based on what you wrote about her, your little girl is ready for kindergarten. She will learn the alphabet there and counting until 20, but in a slow space. They will be especially easy on her in the first 3 months.
If you still want to go on and teach her, buy her kindergarten workbooks. For example Brainquest, Canadian Curriculum, MathSmart, EnglishSmart, Math Made Easy, English Made Easy, or Kumon.
They cover pretty much what they do at school, I use those for my children because they don't get too much homework.
My daughter's kindergarten teacher also suggested this website: http://www.starfall.com/
it's cute and easy for small kids.
