Question: What are some educational puzzle games for middle schoolers?

Hello. I'm homeschooled, and, because of that, my homeschool program will buy me all the books and other educational items I need.
I recently watched someone play a game called "King's Quest" and it looks quite delightful and fun, however I'm not sure if my school will consider it to be all that "Educational". I'd like to play a game like this except at the same time teaching about Math or Science. I have alot of issues with games like Myst-- I need some proper dialog to my games!
