Question: Can you help me with a Homeschool Curriculum?

Okay, I'm in 11th grade and I live in South Carolina. My mom may be Homeschooling me my last two years. Where to get a curriculum and books?
I've got most of my credits already. All I need now is:
1 English Credit
US History II
1 Gov't & Econ. class (1/2 credit each)
1 Science Credit (Chemistry)
and 2 Math Credits.
