Question: can you take your child out of school in the middle of the year in vermont?
can you? to homeschool them? or is against the law?
Answer: Yes, you can. You just have to file a notice with the commissioner of education anytime after March 1st for the upcoming year, which would be now. Here are the laws and regs: http://www.hslda.org/laws/default.asp?State=VT
