Homeschool Requirements By State

Question: Homeschooling?
I'm in 9th grade, and this is my first year of Homeschooling. I'm scared that when I submit all of my work and stuff at the end of the year, the state won't find my parents eligible to homeschool me another year. What if we don't fulfill all of the requirements by the end of the year? I really want to get homeschooled another year, since I've learned so much this year. The enviroment of my home is also much, much better than the enviroment of school. If my parents are found inelligible, will I be able to do cyber school or something?
Answer: I don't know what state you are in, but believe me when I tell you, that many teachers in public school would be ineligible to teach if it depended on the quality of their students' work.
Our state is home-school friendly and our only requirement is a high school education, yearly standardized test, and record keeping. Your state may have tougher standards but I can't imagine why they would want to bring you into the system if you are learning at home.
