Question: Does anyone know of a Free online Homeschool that offers British curriculum and offers C.I.E qualifications?

Answer: I would contact Cambridge University directly and see what their admissions office can tell you.

The more you expect others to pull together for you, the more you can expect to pay.

If you can pull together your own curriculum that meets the Cambridge expectations according to their own admissions officer, then you stand a chance at having a nearly free education. Of course, you'll also need to buy some books, have internet access, and maybe pay for some software. Nothing is completely free.
