Writing Homeschool Curriculum
![]() |

Question: ? for homeschool teacher: State history resources online?
We are studying our state's history this year. I have purchased a great curriculum without the student workbooks. I want to do state notebooks not just write answers in a workbook. Does anyone know of any free resourses on line to guide us through? If you've done these, I would appreciate any guidance.
TIA
Answer: Give these a try, the Yahoo one at the bottom has probably what you are looking for.

Illinois Homeschool Laws

Question: if i comply with my states Homeschooling law at the soonest when can i decide i can graduate?
im from illinois so that means
in other words; how short can homeschool be?
im 17 years old and plan to transfer out of highschool into homeschool in about a month.
Answer: When a parent decides that you are ready to graduate, you can graduate (in most states--always check your state law).
If you graduate at an age that's younger than the compulsory education laws (an age where you are still required to be in school), that's okay as long as you are then entering college or technical school.
Most homeschool parents wait until their child has earned enough credits (studied enough) to go to college, even if they aren't going right away.
