Question: I am thinking of home school in Virginia?

I hate my high school, I can never think, everyone is so worried about being popular, and im feeling depressed to do the same thing over and over again...

I would like to think about being home schooled... But I just have some questions

1) How much is Homeschooling, are there free methods provided by the government?
2) Is it more effective then public schools
3)Do I have to have some special requirement?

Answer: 1) The cost of Homeschooling varies, but the average cost is $400 to $600 per year for one student. (This is for traditional Homeschooling, not online schooling.) There are some free online public schools. (you are still in public school; you just do that work at home.) Here are a couple of links for that.
