Question: I really want to be home schooled but can't convince my mum?
I have constant bullying problems at school. It's now my summer holidays (I live in the southern hemisphere) and I really don't want to go back to school next year. I really would like to start Homeschooling but my mum says she doesn't want me to homeschool. I have tried convincing her, and want to talk to her about it again.
The problem is she works full time and wouldn't be able to teach me, so she would have to trust me to do it myself. Is there a good way to convince her, because I have many reasons, besides the bullying.

But an online Homeschooling program would probably be better, are there any good ones??
Answer: Sit down with her and talk to her calmly about everything that's going wrong at school. When she talks, don't try to interrupt her, listen to her respectfully, and don't try to argue with her. Tell her about any programs you're interested in, and ask her to sit down with you and and look at them. Tell her that you will show her your work everyday after she comes home from work. Also tell her why you think Home Schooling will be better for you.
